奉納演武
毎年、６月に京都八坂神社において、９月に奈良春日大社において、奉納演武会を行っております。（いずれも由緒ある神社ですので、誰でもできるわけではありません。当道場では、過去２０年以上に亘って、継続して、毎年行わせていただいております。）
いずれも、神殿前の野外で行いますので、参拝に来ている一般の人の前で行うことになります。
１年間、稽古してきた成果を、神前に奉納することは、大変、意義深く、清新で清々しい気持ちになります。
皆さんも、ぜひ、体験して下さい。
DEMONSTRATION, DEDICATION
Every year in Kyoto at Yasaka shrine and in Nara at Kasuga shrine we perform demonstrations in May and October. Because both are venerable shrines not just anyone can do a demonstration there. Our dojo has demonstrated at these shrines for the past 20 year’s continuously. In front of the shrine you would perform a demonstration in front of the public as they come to worship. The demonstration is a dedication of your training for the past year and will have very deep significance. You will feel refreshed and invigorated.

試 斬
居合は「型」だけで十分という人もいますが、斬る時の間合いや刃筋を修得するためには、真剣による試斬を行うことが不可欠です。
一方、試斬ばかりに気を取られ、「礼儀作法」や「居合の型」を疎かにしたならば、単に斬るだけの品のないものになってしまいます。
したがって、切れる居合を目指すためには、居合の型（体捌き、刀の操作方法の修得）を主としつつ、試斬を併用していくことが最善であると思料します。
当道場では、月１〜２回ですが、定期的に試斬を行っております。
TEST CUTTING
Some people feel that just doing iai forms is enough to develop proper blade handling and strength. We believe that test cutting is essential. In test cutting you must be much focused and have no mental distractions. This helps in learning correct body movement and how the body works with the sword.
