Sushi

This is a kind of sushi in which 'wasabi' paste and raw fish are placed on top of a rice ball and served with soy sauce and red picked ginger. Such raw fish, as squid, shrimp, octopus, eel, sea bream, crab, salmon, tuna and so on are used. It is called 'Nigirizushi'. It is the most popular sushi among Japanese.
