| This is Chicken-'n-Egg on Rice. To cook this dish, we need rice, an egg, 3 oz chicken thigh which has been boned, skinned and cut into small cubes , some sliced onion and a little chopped green onion. We also need a sauce made of 3½ oz. of water which has fish stock dissolved in it, 1 table spoon soy sauce, 1 table spoon rice wine vinegar and a little sugar. Put the sauce, chicken and onion into a small pot and boil them. Next pour a whipped egg into it. Please boil until the egg becomes soft. Lastly add green onion. Place portion of hot rice in a bowl and slide chicken and egg topping carefully over rice. |
