留守中に死んでしまった犬、ニャンを送る為に急いで書きました。 捨て犬だったこの子を拾って、12年。お互いが存在の証。 小さい間は、私の部屋の横のベランダで暮らしていました。 3泊の上京中のことで、1日遅れで見送ってやれませんでした。 亡骸に触れた時、私の腕を通って伝わってきた言葉とメロディ。 (DIARY「形無き足跡〜最終頁」)  苦しんで死んだ筈なのに、私を待っていたのは  眠っているかの様な安らかな顔でした。  その横顔を見ながら、  寂しがり屋で甘えん坊のこの子が振り返らずに、  元気に天国へ帰って行けるようにと書いた曲です。  英語が原曲、日本語版は、８ヶ月後に作りました。  お気に入りのステキチ君も、よく面倒を見てくれました。  ピンクの似合う可愛い女の子でした。  幸せな日々をありがとう。必ず行くから待っててね。
